Shoib Sarwar, M.D.

Dr. Sarwar joined YPMG in 2025 and specializes in Anatomic Pathology, Clinical Pathology, Cytopathology, and Hematopathology. He earned his medical degree from King Edward Medical College in Lahore, Pakistan, and completed his pathology residency at the University of North Carolina Hospitals, followed by fellowships in Cytopathology (University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital) and Hematopathology (University of Arizona).

Dr. Sarwar serves on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Society of Pathology, is an active CAP member, and is the current President of the APPNA Arizona Chapter. Outside of work, he enjoys outings and is an enthusiastic stamp collector.
